What does a dog poop removal service include?

We scoop the dog waste from your yard. We clean the whole property each visit, including the main lawn, front, back and side yards, flower beds, dog runs and along the fence line.

Does DooSwoop clean the entire yard?

We clean every part of your property with dog waste on it: the main lawn, front, back, and side yards, flower beds, dog runs, and along the fence line. We stick to outdoor spaces only.

How often can you come?

Choose weekly, biweekly or monthly visits. You can change or pause your plan any time with a call or text.

Do you offer one-time cleanups?

Yes. A one-time cleanup gets a yard caught up before you start a regular schedule, or just in time for an event. Ask for one when you request your free quote.

How much does dog poop removal cost?

Your price depends on your yard size, the number of dogs you have, and how often you want us. You see your price when you request a free quote, before you sign up for anything.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No contracts. Start, pause, or cancel your service any time with a call or text to our office.

Do I need to be home during the service?

No. Just make sure we can get into your yard, whether that is an unlocked gate or a code you have given us, and we will take it from there.

Can you work around my dog while cleaning?

Absolutely, we clean around dogs all the time. If your dog gets nervous around strangers, just bring them inside while we work.

How do I know you actually came?

We text you when we are on the way and send a photo of your closed gate once we are done, so you will always know we have been there.

Do you work year-round, even in winter?

Yes. We show up rain or shine, and through a Massachusetts winter too. As long as we can get to it, we will scoop it, snow and all.

What if you miss a spot?

Tell us within 24 hours and we will come back and fix it for free.

Do you serve HOAs and apartment complexes?

Yes. We build routes for HOAs, apartment complexes and shared dog parks around Randolph.

What towns do you serve?

We are based in Randolph and serve the towns around it, including Braintree, Stoughton, Canton, Holbrook, Avon, and Milton. Not sure if you are covered? Ask when you get your free quote.
